Residential Advisor (On-call as needed)

The residential advisor provides a safe, supportive, and predictable environment by supervising job corps trainees in dormitory activities, monitoring their progress toward performance goals, and utilizing behavior management practices aligned with core values. Duties include ensuring dormitory safety, cleanliness, accountability of residents, assisting students with adjustment, and serving as a career success team member.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for two years of related experience in counseling, education, social work, rehabilitation, or vocational guidance. Candidates must possess strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication, the ability to inspire and motivate, and must be able to obtain cpr/First aid certification.
