The instructor creates positive, nurturing relationships with children, promotes youth potential, and facilitates peer connections while teaching curriculum focused on mastering specific skills. This role involves nurturing children through purposeful programming dedicated to building achievement and belonging, maintaining close supervision, and managing behavior positively.

Candidates must be eighteen years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred semester units in child development or related fields. Previous experience working with school-Age children in a group setting is preferred, along with strong character values and the ability to obtain required first aid and cpr certifications.
