After School Program Instructor (TK/K)

Program instructors are expected to facilitate classrooms of 10-20 students, create engaging activities and lesson plans, and provide homework and academic support for program participants. Duties also include creating, planning, and facilitating academic, enrichment, and physical skill-Building activities based on student levels and state educational standards.

Candidates must possess an associate degree or higher, 48 college units, or pass the instructional aide exam, along with passing a criminal background check and tb test clearance. Previous experience working with children is required, including the ability to independently lead and supervise up to 22 students while implementing activities.
