Employment Specialist

This role involves supporting clients in achieving educational or employment goals by providing direct services such as job searching assistance, job development, job coaching, and facilitating relevant classes or exploration experiences. The specialist will also interact with various stakeholders like counselors and employers to secure and maintain client success in employment and education.

Candidates must possess a high school or ged diploma and prior work experience providing employment support services to adults facing barriers to employment, particularly those with serious mental illness. Proven success in securing competitive employment or educational opportunities for this population, along with strong communication and collaboration skills, is required.
