Summer Instructor, Placentia

The summer instructor will lead hands-On design and outdoor activities, facilitating galileo’s innovative, project-Based curriculum integrating stem for groups of up to 28 campers. Responsibilities also include ensuring a safe learning space, teaching up to three unique rotations, managing camper behavior, and actively engaging in all camp traditions.

Candidates need at least one year of instructional or classroom support experience in k-8 education, or equivalent experience, along with experience teaching, supervising, or mentoring children. Applicants must be at least 18 years old by may 1st, 2026, and commit to the full duration of the camp (4-8 continuous weeks).
