Awake Night Staff - Orange County

The awake night staff will provide overnight safety and around-The-Clock supervision for residential youth, promoting a professional and supportive atmosphere. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting behaviors, assisting with activities, and collaborating on youth treatment plans.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, pass background checks, drug screening, physical exam, and tb test, and possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Applicants must also demonstrate relevant life experience and meet one of several educational or professional qualification criteria.
