Core responsibilities
As a behavior technician, you will deliver 1
1 direct aba treatment to clients and work closely with the supervising bcba to ensure high-Quality service delivery. You will also collect data, document client records, and support parent and caregiver training.
Requirements summary
1-2 years of experience working with children is preferred, along with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check are also required.
