Entry Level Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children in center or home-Based settings, focusing on building communication, social, and problem-Solving skills. Responsibilities also include tracking client progress using company-Issued technology and collaborating with families and supervisors.

Candidates must possess patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and sound judgment, along with a passion for helping children with autism. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, active car insurance, and a commitment to completing the paid registered behavior technician (Rbt) training program.
