Behavior Technician

The role involves implementing applied behavior analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings, providing 1:1 therapy under supervision. Responsibilities also include tracking client progress, providing feedback to the supervisor, and teaching targeted communication and social skills.

Candidates should ideally possess a registered behavioral technician certification and a bachelor’s degree, along with at least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and scheduling flexibility are mandatory.
