Navigator, Higher Education & Workforce Devel

The navigator is responsible for recruiting and connecting incumbent early childhood education workforce members with appropriate higher education programs, licenses, and scholarship opportunities. This involves conducting outreach, providing technical assistance on applications and financial aid, and building relationships with educational institutions.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience in early childhood care, counseling, or adult education, or an equivalent combination. Fluency in both spanish and english is required, along with access to reliable personal transportation for required travel within cook county.
