Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions for early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include participating in bcba trainings, team meetings, client observations, receiving supervision, and maintaining accurate daily data entry for all patient programs.

Candidates must possess a high school degree and have reliable transportation and a driver's license for client commuting, with a willingness to undergo a background check. Preferred qualifications include 6 months of aba therapist experience or 1 year working with children with disabilities or autism.
