Behavior technicians will deliver 1

1 direct applied behavioral analysis (Aba) treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors under the supervision of a behavior analyst. Responsibilities also include supporting parent/Caregiver training and accurately collecting data to monitor client progress.

Requirements summary

Candidates should preferably hold registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have 1-2 years of experience working with children, ideally with at least one year in aba. A bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred, along with reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
