DCS Direct Care Specialist - Evening Shift

The direct care specialist will provide and assist in nursing and therapeutic care, including recreational and personal activities for disabled pediatric patients from birth to 21 years old. Responsibilities include direct patient care such as hygiene assistance, meal support, maintaining living areas, and assisting nurses with medical treatments and documentation.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous hospital, recreational, or therapeutic experience is preferred, ideally with an educational background in one of those fields. Candidates must be dependable, empathetic, able to work with children, lift up to 30 pounds, and possess a valid driver's license.
