RBT Outpatient Services

The behavior technician/Rbt will provide direct clinical skills instruction and implement behavior reduction protocols based on aba principles to children with autism in 1:1 and group settings. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing data, communicating progress to caregivers, and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 30-45 days and have a minimum of one year of experience as an rbt in an outpatient or in-Home setting. Additional requirements include the ability to accept feedback, effective time management, adherence to ethical codes, maintaining confidentiality, and meeting physical demands including potential restraint.
