Core responsibilities

The behavior technician will work directly in a residential therapeutic setting, engaging with and supervising individuals needing behavior stabilization due to autism spectrum disorder, behavioral health conditions, and/Or developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include implementing individualized programs, applied behavioral analysis, and structured behavior support plans, which may involve crisis intervention for aggression or self-Injury.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to communicate effectively in english both spoken and written. Required certifications include first aid, cpr (Adult, child, infant), delegated nursing, and a valid ohio driver's license with proof of auto insurance and no more than 5 points on the license.
