Ives Youth Group Care - Residential Counselor

Residential counselors provide direct care and supervision to youth in a group setting, acting as role models, providing guidance, and advocating for them using a trauma-Informed approach. They also assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and help integrate youth into their communities.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, ged, or equivalent, along with a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. Essential personal attributes include reliability, a willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
