Instructional Designer-Lead

The lead instructional designer is responsible for developing and maintaining course curricula and training materials for assigned applications, ensuring they reflect operational workflows and policies. This role also involves designing robust evaluation methods, building and maintaining the training environment, and conducting various training sessions for staff and new trainers.

Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with four years of related experience, or three or more years of direct experience as an epic instructional designer in lieu of a degree. Certification or proficiency in multiple epic applications is preferred, and travel is required for this role.
