BHLou - Lead Teacher- Child Dev. Center

The lead teacher is responsible for guiding children through daily activities, ensuring a positive, educational, emotional, and social experience using the creative curriculum. Principal duties include maintaining a safe environment, submitting monthly lesson plans, and adhering to all state, local, and federal regulations.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with some previous childcare experience. Candidates must obtain a cda certification within two years or an associate's degree if the cda is not obtained in that timeframe. First aid or cpr certification may also be required for this position.
