Core responsibilities
The youth behavior coach will mentor children with severe emotional disturbance, providing behavioral and emotional support while teaching coping and socialization skills. Responsibilities also include supporting youth in exploring personal and academic goals and accompanying them to community activities.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, or rsa eligibility, along with demonstrated skills working with children or adults. Candidates must also have a valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and be willing to complete physical and tb tests.
