Youth Behavior Coach

The youth behavior coach will mentor children and youth experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, providing direct support in an intensive home-Based model. Responsibilities include teaching coping and socialization skills, supporting goal exploration, and accompanying youth to community activities.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, or rsa eligibility, along with demonstrated skills working with children or adults. Candidates must also have a valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and be willing to complete required physical and tb testing.
