Direct Support Professional

Direct support professionals will enhance the independence of individuals by assisting with daily and personal activities, including teaching navigation of daily living tasks like housekeeping and laundry. Work is performed under the supervision of the house manager, involving observation and reporting.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license, with a strong desire to help others reach their fullest potential. A high school diploma/G.e.d. Is preferred, as is experience in home health aid or school settings working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
