College Faculty: Educational Studies

The faculty member will primarily teach 18-21 semester hours annually, advise majors, and co-Facilitate the b.a. Major’s educational studies block program. Additional duties include professional development, serving on committees, program assessment, and supporting the institution's mission.

Minimum qualifications require being a student of christian science, holding a master's degree in education with relevant experience (Teaching, outdoor education, or youth work), and supporting principia’s guiding statements. A doctorate is preferred, along with a theoretical and practical understanding of learning theory and communication principles.
