Children's Program Aide

The children's program aide assists in the daily operations of children's programs by providing a growth-Producing environment that supports the physical, emotional, spiritual, and academic development of the children. This includes implementing appropriate discipline, maintaining facility order, assisting with activities like homework and recreation, and ensuring safety.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or g.e.d. And current cpr and first aid certifications, along with the ability to drive company vehicles if required. The role demands strong moral character to serve as a positive role model and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
