Teacher's Aide - Afternoon Support

The teacher's aide supports the lead teacher by actively participating in daily classroom activities, implementing routines, and ensuring a safe, nurturing learning environment for children. This includes direct caregiving, fostering independence, and documenting observations via communication apps.

Candidates must be able to pass a background check and possess or be willing to obtain pediatric cpr & first aid certification within 90 days. Essential physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. And actively supervise children in various conditions, alongside strong communication and teamwork skills.
