Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher supports the lead teacher by implementing classroom routines, activities, and lesson plans while ensuring constant supervision of children and maintaining required ratios. Responsibilities also include supporting daily caregiving needs, fostering independence, and documenting observations via the parent communication app.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass a background check, with a willingness to obtain pediatric cpr & first aid certification within 90 days. Candidates must also possess the physical ability to manage active supervision duties and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
