Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN LVN

The licensed practical nurse functions as part of the hemodialysis healthcare team, providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under rn supervision, which includes patient education, treatment administration, and monitoring vital signs and machine operations. Additionally, this role involves significant staff-Related duties such as assisting with clinical orientation, precepting, ongoing training, and competency evaluations for other direct patient care personnel.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing (Lpn, lvn) and hold current appropriate state licensure, with at least five years of patient care experience in a hospital or related facility preferred. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of fkc dialysis training and cpr certification, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
