Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians provide direct client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training, following prescribed behavioral protocols outlined in individualized treatment plans developed by the bcba/Bc. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation completion.

Candidates must hold and maintain current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb and possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and be physically capable of performing job duties including lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly.
