Requirements summary

A minimum of an associate's or bachelor's degree in a human service field is required, with a master's degree preferred, alongside at least one year of progressive experience working with children, youth, and families in a human service setting. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, be able to work a flexible schedule, and obtain specific program certifications post-Hire.
