Lead Advocate

The primary responsibilities involve initiating, organizing, planning, developing, and implementing direct advocacy services for assigned participants and their families using a strength-Based, wrap-Around model approach. The lead advocate must serve as a dependable and committed positive role model for youth in community, school, and home settings.

Candidates must possess a minimum high school diploma or ged and demonstrate experience in community work, including knowledge of local resources and experience working with at-Risk youth. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance are mandatory requirements.
