Licensed Clinical Social Worker

The licensed clinical social worker will provide therapeutic support to neurodiverse students by conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy sessions focused on social skills and emotional regulation. This role also requires close collaboration with educators and staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom and actively engage with families for support and guidance.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in social work (Msw) and hold a current, valid lcsw license in illinois, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with neurodiverse populations, especially children with autism spectrum disorders. Essential skills include strong interpersonal communication, proficiency in evidence-Based interventions, and the ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
