Position: Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) & Behavior Technician (BT)
Responsibilities
Direct Support
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Data
- Collection: Accurately collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
Collaboration
Work closely with other team members, including teachers and therapists, to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
Communication
Engage with students and their families to provide updates and insights on progress.
Training
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in behavior analysis.
Qualifications
For RBT
- Must have a current RBT certification.
- For BT: Experience in behavior support or related fields is preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus.
Skills
Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Work Schedule
Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Part-time position with potential for growth.
