The technician will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor progress. Responsibilities also include supporting the bcba by training families on treatment plan implementation and maintaining clear communication.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or in a team setting. Prior experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges/Developmental delays is preferred, along with reliable personal transportation.
