LEAD DSP - Community Engagement

The lead dsp will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving independence, developing daily living skills, and engaging with their communities, while also assisting management with documentation and quality assurance tasks. Essential duties include providing personal care, training in community resource use, monitoring health, and ensuring the safety and well-Being of individuals served.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Preferred experience includes two years working with individuals with disabilities, along with the ability to communicate courteously and tactfully.
