Behavior Technician / RBT - Chesterfield ABA

The behavior technician primarily works one-On-One with children with autism or similar disabilities, implementing therapeutic activities and individualized service plans under the supervision of a behavior analyst. Staff are also responsible for completing indirect work such as data entry, paperwork updates, and attending required supervision and training sessions.

Candidates must be able to follow directions, maintain professionalism, and pass the registered behavior technician (Rbt) exam within the first four weeks. Preferred qualifications include reliable transportation and cell phone, and a bachelor's degree or high school diploma/Ged.
