Job Developer, Youth Employment Programs (51707)

The job developer will lead work readiness training, coordinate participant orientation and placement, and ensure all worksite documentation is complete and maintained according to requirements. Responsibilities also include developing meaningful internships, conducting worksite pre-Assessments, and maintaining ongoing communication with worksite supervisors.

Candidates must have at least three years of relevant experience connecting youth to workplace experiences, employment engagement, or college counseling. Required qualifications include excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to organize detailed records, and proficiency in the ms office suite.
