Education Specialist (51895)

The education specialist is responsible for supporting young adults (18-25) and their families by conducting life skills assessments, developing curricula to address identified gaps, and connecting them to appropriate educational and vocational programming. This role involves maintaining supportive relationships with tenants, enhancing job readiness through coaching, and managing educational activities for adults and children.

A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related human services field is required, along with at least one year of relevant social service experience, particularly working with young adults in an educational setting. Candidates must be dynamic, able to work independently, and willing to travel and work evening and weekend hours.
