Assistant Behavior Consultant of ABA

The assistant behavior consultant provides one-To-One behavioral health interventions to children and adolescents, implementing individualized treatment plans and supporting parents and teachers. This role involves delivering treatment interventions, modeling consequences, providing positive reinforcement, and communicating essential information to achieve client goals.

Candidates must meet specific educational and experience criteria, such as having six months of aba experience plus a bachelor's degree with aba credits, or holding bcaba certification. Essential qualifications also include obtaining necessary pa state clearances and demonstrating the ability to follow schedules, maintain confidentiality, and establish effective working relationships.
