Core responsibilities

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with autistic/Emotional support students in a school setting, implementing their individual education plan (Iep) and positive behavior support plan (Pbsp) to achieve academic and behavioral goals. Responsibilities include timely data collection, providing behavioral and physical interventions as needed, monitoring client performance, and collaborating with families and teams for continuity of care.

Requirements summary

A minimum of a high school diploma or ged is required, along with availability to work monday through friday from 8:15 am to 3:15 pm. While no experience is required as paid training is provided, 3-6 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or children with autism is preferred.
