Behavior Technician (BT) - Hampton

The behavior technician will provide direct one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to a pediatric client by implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Key duties include supporting communication and early developmental skills, collecting behavioral data, and maintaining professional documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation, with a preference for those with experience working with young children or in early intervention/Aba settings. Rbt certification is preferred but not required, as paid training toward certification is provided.
