Swim Lesson Instructor

The swim instructor is responsible for teaching participants proper stroke and swim technique while ensuring water safety under the supervision of a designated supervisor. This role also involves actively welcoming, connecting, supporting, and engaging all members, guests, and staff to ensure high-Quality service.

Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years old and are preferred to have red cross lifeguarding/Ymca lifeguarding and water safety instructor certifications, with requirements to obtain ymca certifications within six months if crossing over. Essential requirements include maintaining cpr/First aid/Aed/O2 certifications and passing required background and child protective services checks.
