Southwest YMCA Childwatch

The childwatch staff is responsible for organizing, planning, and executing all activities for participating children while cultivating positive relationships with parents, children, and other staff members. This role requires adherence to program standards, including safety and cleanliness, and following all ymca policies and procedures.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and capable of working with children aged 6 weeks to 8 years, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Successful candidates must complete required training, including abuse prevention and cpr/First aid, and pass a background check.
