Early Childhood Development Specialist (Magnolia)

This position ensures the quality of individualized developmental services provided at kids first and supports the academic mission of the kids first program. The specialist will also demonstrate professionalism, continued skill development, and job-Related interest and concern, among other assigned duties.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree plus one of several specific certifications or credentials, including an early childhood certificate, child development associate certificate, or birth to pre-K credential with specific experience and coursework requirements. Required knowledge includes developmental milestones in the birth-Five population, and skills involve excellent communication and the ability to administer standardized developmental testing instruments.
