Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), collecting data on client progress and engaging clients in therapeutic activities. Responsibilities also include communicating with families regarding progress and adhering to ethical guidelines in behavior analysis.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess active rbt certification or the 40-Hour training certificate, along with a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with children or individuals with special needs. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check and obtain cpr certification before starting.
