Instructional Assistant (Cyber)

The instructional assistant will support the lead instructor in delivering technical training sessions using provided curriculum to prepare learners for comptia certification exams and entry-Level it jobs. Responsibilities also include monitoring learners, troubleshooting lab issues, grading assignments, and performing administrative tasks like attendance tracking and data entry.

Candidates should ideally be a graduate of per scholas, possess relevant it experience, and be recommended by per scholas staff, with a preference for those certified in cysa+ or other relevant cybersecurity certifications. Essential qualifications include the ability to quickly learn new skills, strong communication, tech savviness, and a deep commitment to the per scholas mission of fostering tech career mobility.
