Professional Development Intern

Interns will collaborate with and observe professional development staff during classes or one-On-One meetings to learn about the nonprofit, educational dei, and tech sectors. Duties also include participating in staff meetings, workshops, and career forums, both virtually and in person.

This is an unpaid, volunteer internship requiring a motivated undergraduate junior or senior enrolled in a bs/Ba program, preferably majoring in educational counseling, hr/Dei, or learning & development. Candidates must commit to at least 10 hours per week for eight to ten weeks and demonstrate strong work ethic, communication skills, and proficiency with common office software.
