Mental Health Professional/ Mental Health Consultant (FT/PT)

The professional supports young children's social and emotional health indirectly by strengthening adult caregivers' capacity to foster healthy development before formalized intervention is needed. Essential duties include acting as a resource on early childhood development, completing technical assistance plans, providing observations, developing intervention strategies, and delivering group and individual training sessions.

A master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field leading toward licensure from the arizona board of behavioral health examiners is required, though related master's degrees may be considered with relevant experience. Candidates must be at least 21, possess a valid az driver's license with a clean record, pass extensive background checks, and obtain necessary certifications like cpr/First aid and level 1 fingerprint clearance.
