Core responsibilities
The parent aide/Educator will manage an assigned caseload, ensuring proper implementation of in-Home services as referred by dcyf, and collaborate with the clinical team to serve as a liaison between the client, family, and service providers. Responsibilities include providing parent education, supervised visitation, parent coaching on strategies like budgeting and healthcare needs, and enforcing visitation expectations for child safety.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma with a minimum of four years of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting, or an associate's degree with two years of relevant experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access are required, along with flexible availability for afternoon and early evening client visits.
