Entry Level – Early Childhood Aide

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (Ages 2 to 7) in a clinical setting, applying evidence-Based applied behavior analysis techniques to implement therapeutic goals. Responsibilities also include tracking progress, collecting data, fostering a positive environment through play, and communicating effectively with team members and families.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and no prior experience is necessary as comprehensive paid training is provided. Candidates must possess a passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
