Toddler Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for managing the classroom, which includes planning the curriculum, assessing children's development, and communicating with parents through meetings and ongoing reports. This role also involves implementing lessons adapted for all children's needs and coaching assistant teachers in the classroom.

Candidates must possess some post-Secondary credits in early childhood education or a related field and maintain current cpr and first aid certifications, which the employer provides training for. Additional requirements include passing a dhs background check, the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion through self-Awareness and reflection.
