Core responsibilities

The lead infant teacher will be responsible for teaching, nurturing, and guiding young children aged 6 weeks to 24 months to reach their fullest potential within a developmentally appropriate curriculum. This role requires active engagement with the children in a supportive, team-Oriented environment at the bambini montessori academy.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent along with specific training hours, including 45 hours in child growth & development and 45 hours for the infant–toddler certificate. A minimum of one year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits is required, alongside excellent communication skills and knowledge of child development.
